摘要
江西妇女指导处是抗战时期东南抗战后方重要的妇女运动机构,其积极发动妇女群体参加抗日救亡运动,为抗战取得胜利做出了重要贡献。该处成立后,积极组训各级妇女队及妇女干部,围绕战时社会服务、妇女教育、妇女卫生、妇女生计等方面开展工作,通过宣传妇女抗战、战地慰劳、募捐物资、征兵动员、开展游击区妇女工作,有力地支援了前线抗战;通过开展后方妇女扫盲运动、妇婴卫生和儿童保育、发动妇女参加生产劳动等社会建设运动,一定程度上稳定了后方民心和社会秩序。该处的妇女工作也存在一些缺陷和不足,如没有坚强有力的领导核心,未能充分发挥基层妇女组织的作用,缺少一批真正优秀的妇女干部,因而难以广泛调动妇女群体投身“抗战建国”的积极性、主动性和创造性。
Jiangxi Women Guidance Office was an important women movement organization in the rear areas of Southeast China during the War of Resistance against Japanese aggression,which mobilized women to participate in the resistance against Japanese aggression and national salvation movement with great contributions to the victory of the war of resistance.Since its establishment,the Office actively organized and trained women and women cadres at all levels,and carried out work in four aspects including wartime social services,women education,women health and women livelihood.Through the publicity of women resistance,activities to express sympathy and solicitude in the battlefield,donations,recruitment and mobilization,and the work for women in guerrilla areas,it effectively supported the war of resistance at the front.Social construction campaigns such as the anti-illiteracy campaign for women in the rear area,maternal and infant health and child care,and the mobilization of women participation in production had to some extent stabilized popular support and social order in the rear areas.There are also some defects and deficiencies in this office's women work,such as the lack of a strong leadership,the failure to give full play to the role of grass-roots women organizations,and the lack of a group of truly excellent women cadres,so it was hard to widely mobilize the enthusiasm,initiatives and creativity of women groups to participate in the“War of Resistance and Founding of the Country”.
