摘要
为研究汽车内燃机余热利用与废气处理模式,本文以GE Jenbacher J624系列内燃机为例,探讨了汽车内燃机产生的余热类型及其特性,并在分析热交换、吸收式制冷及辅助催化等关键技术后。提出两个创新方案:方案一结合有机朗肯循环和尾气处理技术,旨在同时提高能源使用效率和降低有害排放。方案二采用SCR技术的微粒捕捉装置,进一步改进了余热回收效率。研究结果指出,这两种方案均能够在简化尾气装置结构的同时提升能源利用率,并降低尾气污染。
In order to study the waste heat utilization and waste gas treatment mode of automobile internal combustion engine,this paper takes GE Jenbacher J624 series internal combustion engine as an example to discuss the types and characteristics of waste heat produced by automobile internal combustion engine,and after analyzing the key technologies such as heat exchange,absorption refrigeration and auxiliary catalysis.Two innovative solutions are proposed:solution one combines organic Langken cycle and tail gas treatment technology,aiming to improve energy efficiency and reduce harmful emissions.Scheme 2 adopts the particle capture device of SCR technology to further improve the waste heat recovery efficiency.The results point out that both schemes can simplify the structure of the exhaust plant while improving energy efficiency and reducing exhaust pollution.
