摘要
伸缩臂叉装车在现代农业装卸作业中扮演着关键角色,深入研究多功能草叉属具的设计与应用具有重要意义。本文阐述了多功能草叉属具的概念,针对不同工况需求,设计了一款集装卸、抓取、分割等多种功能于一体的属具,以提高作业效率和适应性。实验与模拟分析验证了该属具在不同物料处理场景下的性能优势,展现了其在复杂环境中的灵活性。此外,本文还研究了伸缩臂叉装车与多功能草叉属具的协同作业策略,通过优化控制系统和操作模式,实现了设备与属具性能的最优匹配,进一步提升了整体作业的精准度和安全性。
The telescopic arm forklift plays a key role in modern agricultural loading and unloading operations,and in-depth research on the design and application of multifunctional grass fork attachments is of great significance.This article elaborates on the concept of multifunctional grass fork attachments,and designs an attachment that integrates multiple functions such as loading,unloading,grasping,and segmentation for different working conditions to improve work efficiency and adaptability.Experimental and simulation analysis have verified the performance advantages of this device in different material handling scenarios,demonstrating its flexibility in complex environments.In addition,this article also studied the collaborative operation strategy between the telescopic arm forklift and the multifunctional grass fork accessory.By optimizing the control system and operation mode,the optimal matching of equipment and accessory performance was achieved,further improving the accuracy and safety of the overall operation.
