摘要
目的:观察协同管理结合ABC情绪护理对甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称甲亢)患者心理弹性及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年8月厦门大学附属中山医院内分泌科住院治疗的甲亢患者80例作为研究对象,根据就诊时间按1∶1原则分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组应用协同管理,观察组在对照组基础上加ABC情绪护理。比较2组患者护理前后心理弹性、睡眠质量变化。结果:护理后,2组患者Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)自强、乐观、坚韧评分及总分均较本组护理前升高(P<0.05),且观察组自强、乐观、坚韧评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均较本组护理前降低(P<0.05),且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:协同管理结合ABC情绪护理能提高甲亢患者的心理弹性,改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of collaborative management combined with ABC emotional care on mental resilience and sleep quality in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hyperthyroidism treated in the Department of Endocrinology,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the consultation time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received collaborative management,and the observation group received ABC emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The changes of mental elasticity and sleep quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After care,the Connor-Davidson Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)self-improvement,optimism,and resilience scores and total scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before care(P<0.05),and the self-improvement,optimism,and resilience scores and the total scale scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the 2 groups was lower than that before nursing(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative management combined with ABC emotional care can improve the mental resilience and sleep quality of patients with hyperthyroidism.
