摘要
目的:分析耳穴按压配合穴位贴敷对椎动脉型颈椎病患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年2月至2023年7月厦门中医院骨伤科一区收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆配合穴位贴敷。采用颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)比较2组患者干预前后的颈椎恢复情况,采用疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛程度,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评估2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)对2组患者的睡眠障碍状态进行评估。结果:干预后,观察组的疼痛数字评价量表NRS评分、PSQI评分、阿森斯失眠量表AIS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表NDI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷配伍用于椎动脉型颈椎病患者中,可改善颈椎功能和睡眠质量,临床上值得推荐应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of auricular point compression combined with acupoint application on sleep quality in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to the first section of Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to July 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was added with auricular point pressure and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Cervical spine Dysfunction Index(NDI)was used to compare the cervical spine recovery of the two groups before and after the intervention;Numerical pain Evaluation Scale(NRS)was used to compare the pain degree of the two groups before and after the intervention;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality(PSQI)was used to evaluate the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention.Assens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was used to evaluate the sleep disorder status of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the NRS score,PSQI score,AIS score of Athens insomnia Scale and NDI score of cervical spine Dysfunction Index scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of auricular point compression and acupoint application in patients with spondylotic cervical spondylosis may improve the function of cervical vertebra and sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
