摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的实施,乡村产业振兴成为实现乡村振兴的重要内容,而乡村旅游是乡村产业的重要组成部分。随着乡村旅游的逐步推进,旅游建设空间模糊的问题逐渐显现,亟需探索旅游建设空间划定思路。本文以会宁县为例开展研究,在分析会宁县域旅游建设空间现状的基础上,确定会宁县旅游建设红线,同时运用层次分析法,细分三个层级的指标体系,对旅游发展潜力做出评价,在此基础上提出从旅游建设红线和旅游发展潜力评价两方面共同划定旅游建设空间的路径。以旅游建设空间作为会宁县旅游发展的基础,增强对旅游建设活动的指导性和约束性,有利于促进会宁县乡村旅游健康可持续发展,为会宁县乡村旅游开发、规划、建设提供思路,以期为其他县市乡村旅游发展建设提供参考。
With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the revitalization of rural industries has become an important lever to achieve rural revitalization,and rural tourism is an important component of rural industries.But with the gradual promotion of rural tourism,the problem of blurred tourism construction space is gradually emerging,and there is an urgent need to explore the concept of defining tourism construction space.This article takes Huining County as an example to conduct research.Based on the analysis of the current situation of tourism construction space in Huining County,the bottom line of tourism construction in Huining County is determined.At the same time,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to divide the indicator system into three levels to evaluate the potential of tourism development.Based on this,a path is proposed to jointly delineate the tourism construction space from two aspects:the bottom line of tourism construction and the evaluation of tourism development potential.Taking tourism construction space as the foundation of tourism development in Huining County,enhancing the guidance and constraint of tourism construction activities,is conducive to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism in Huining County,providing ideas for the development,planning,and construction of rural tourism,and providing reference for the development and construction of rural tourism in other counties and cities.
