摘要
随着国家政策对智能建造的推动,BIM技术作为智能建造体系中最成熟的一部分,已经于众多项目中证明其在施工管理中的应用价值。广州白云机场T3第二航站区市政配套工程包含第二航站区室外工程及路侧市政交通系统,共计7.9 km主进场城市道路1条、回场匝道桥1座、进场隧道5条,在建设过程中存在进场协调难、交叉作业复杂、施工盲点多和进度管控滞后等问题。通过BIM技术在机场市政施工中的应用,发挥BIM技术的模拟性、可视性、协调性等方面的优势,提高施工效率,推进高质量工程建造,对以后的同类型市政项目有参考和借鉴意义。
With the promotion of intelligent construction by national policies,BIM technology,as the most mature part of the intelligent construction system,has proven its application value in construction management in many projects.The municipal supporting project of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport T3 Terminal 2 includes the outdoor works of the second terminal area and the roadside municipal transportation system.It has a total of 7.9 kilometers of main urban road,a return ramp bridge,and 5 access tunnels.During the construction process,there are problems such as difficulty in approach coordination,complex cross-operations,many construction blind spots,and lagging progress control.Through the application of BIM technology in airport municipal construction,we will give full play to the advantages of BIM technology in terms of simulation,visibility,and coordination to improve construction efficiency and promote high-quality engineering construction,which will provide reference and significance for future municipal projects of the same type.
