本文研究了基于高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS)的农药残留分析方法。通过对HPLC-MS技术的基本原理、样品的制备及前处理方法以及具体应用进行全面的探究,旨在为食品安全保驾护航。
This article investigates a pesticide residue analysis method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)technology.A comprehensive exploration was conducted on the basic principles,sample preparation and pre-treatment methods,and specific applications of HPLC-MS technology,aiming to safeguard food safety.
