金线莲速溶冻干粉的高效制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:优化金线莲提取工艺,提高活性成分的溶出率,制备高品质速溶冻干粉。方法:采用打浆破壁水提技术,结合响应面优化设计方法,系统优化料液比、打浆温度及打浆时间等提取条件,通过浓缩、纯化及冷冻干燥等工艺制备金线莲速溶冻干粉。结果:最佳提取工艺参数为料液比1∶34(g∶mL)、打浆温度100℃、打浆时间5 min,提取2次。在此条件下制备的金线莲速溶冻干粉,其可溶性固形物、粗多糖及冻干粉的得率均较高。产品外观为棕黄色细粉状,溶解迅速,溶液澄清透亮,展现出优良的品质特性。结论:优化后的提取工艺显著提高了金线莲中可溶性固形物、粗多糖及冻干粉的得率,为金线莲在食品、保健品等领域的多元化应用和市场推广提供了坚实的科学依据,有助于金线莲产业的高质量发展。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Anoectochilus roxburghii,aiming at improving the dissolution rate of active components and preparing high-quality instant freeze-dried powder.Method:By adopting the water extraction technology with pulp breaking and wall-breaking,combined with the response surface optimization design method,the extraction conditions such as solid-liquid ratio,pulp breaking temperature,and pulp breaking time were systematically optimized.Finally,the instant freeze-dried powder of Anoectochilus roxburghii was prepared through processes such as concentration,purification,and freeze-drying.Result:The optimal extraction process parameters were as follows solid-liquid ratio of 1 to 34(g to mL),pulp breaking temperature of 100℃,pulp breaking time of 5 minutes,with two extractions.Under these conditions,the yields of soluble solids,crude polysaccharides,and freeze-dried powder in the prepared instant freeze-dried powder of Anoectochilus roxburghii were significantly improved.The product appeared as brownish-yellow fine powder,dissolved rapidly,and the solution was clear and transparent,exhibiting excellent quality characteristics.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process significantly increased the yields of soluble solids,crude polysaccharides,and freeze-dried powder in Anoectochilus roxburghii,providing a solid scientific basis for the diversified application and market promotion of Anoectochilus roxburghii in fields such as food and health products,and promoting the high-quality development of the Anoectochilus roxburghii industry.
