摘要
若尔盖高寒湿地因其独特的地理位置、大量的碳汇储备以及丰富的生物多样性,成为目前生态学研究的热点区域之一.系统回顾若尔盖湿地鸟类研究的历史和现状,并从区系、种群生态学、行为生态学、保护生物学和生物疫病学等5个方面展开探讨.近年来若尔盖湿地鸟类研究成果快速增长,并从早期的物种分类、区系、种群动态监测,逐渐扩展到城市化和人为干扰引起当地湿地系统退化下的鸟类行为和生理适应,以及近年来备受全球关注的鸟类疫病研究.研究范围也从单个保护区或局部种群,扩展到整个若尔盖湿地区域.提出未来关注重点:(1)采用卫星遥感、远程监控和分子技术等先进手段,制定标准化的鸟类监测规范,对当地鸟类进行长期标准化的重复监测,减少调查方法不一致造成的数据偏差;(2)在整个若尔盖区域进行系统抽样,根据不同生境类型、海拔梯度、人为干扰程度等进行鸟类监测样线和样点的选择和监测频率的设置,构建长期稳定的鸟类监测网络;(3)扩大鸟类研究范围,从明星物种如黑颈鹤拓展到生态系统各个类群和不同营养级中具有代表性的指示物种和关键种.需深入研究若尔盖湿地鸟类的种群结构、分布、迁徙规律以及其对生态环境的响应,为若尔盖湿地的生态系统管理和保护工作提供全面的科学支持.(图2表1参57)
The Zoige alpine wetland,characterized by its unique geographical location,extensive carbon sequestration reserves,and abundant biodiversity,has become a hotspot for ecological research.This study systematically reviews the history and current status of avian research in the Zoige Wetlands and explores it from five perspectives:taxonomy,population ecology,behavioral ecology,conservation biology,and avian epidemiology.Summarizing of the progress of relevant research revealed that in recent years,both the quantity and quality of avian research in this area have been rapidly improving.Avian research in the Zoige wetlands has evolved from early species classification and population dynamics monitoring to investigating avian behavior and physiological adaptations under urbanization and anthropogenic disturbances leading to wetland degradation,as well as the study of avian diseases,which have gained global attention in recent years.The scope of research has also expanded from individual protected areas and local populations to the entire Zoige wetland region.Our review identifies key areas for future avian research in the Zoige wetlands,including:(1)Utilizing advanced techniques such as satellite remote sensing,remote monitoring,and molecular technology to establish standardized avian monitoring protocols,conducting long-term standardized repetitive monitoring of local avian species to reduce data bias caused by inconsistent survey methods;(2)Conducting systematic sampling across the entire Zoige region,selecting monitoring transects and sampling points based on different habitat types,altitude gradients,and levels of anthropogenic disturbance,and setting monitoring frequencies to establish a long-term stable avian monitoring network;(3)Expanding the scope of avian research from flagship species such as the black-necked crane to representative indicator species and key species in various ecological groups and trophic levels.Comprehensive scientific support is provided for ecosystem management and conservation efforts i
