摘要
运用文献资料法和逻辑论证法,基于迈克卡学习策略理论在认知主动性、元认知过程性、资源管理程序性方面的价值功能,聚焦体育专业学生理论学习过程中的现实问题,针对体育专业学生学习意义感不清晰、意志感不丰富、意识感不强烈的困扰,运用认知策略使学生完成从感性到理性的转变,学会自主性学习;运用元认知策略使学生完成从他知到自知的转变,学会合作性学习;运用资源管理策略使学生完成从自理到自控的改变,学会探究性学习,以提升体育专业学生理论学习质量和学习效率。
Using the methods of Literature Review and Logical Argumentation,based on the value functions of McKeachie's learning strategy theory in cognitive initiative,metacognitive process,and resource management procedural,this article focuses on the practical problems in the theoretical learning process of Physical Education(PE)majors.In response to the unclear sense of learning intention,weak willpower,and weak consciousness of PE majors,from sensibility to rationality:using cognitive strategies to enable students to learn autonomous learning;From his knowledge to self-awareness:using metacognitive strategies to teach students cooperative learning;From self-care to self-control:using resource management strategies to teach students inquiry learning,to improve the quality and efficiency of students'theoretical learning for PE majors.
