摘要
综述了单组分与复合纺织非织造布的生产技术,重点关注采用多元原料制造的双组分复合纺织非织造布的生产工艺,所得到的材料展现出优异的性能,包括高强度、出色的韧性、足够的刚性、高孔隙率、大比表面积等。这使得材料在过滤性、吸湿性、透气性以及容尘能力方面表现出色,使其在多种应用场景中具有显著优势。
Single-component and composite spunbonded nonwoven production technologies were reviewed,with a focus on the production of two-component composite spunbonded nonwoven made from multifunctional raw materials,which exhibit excellent properties including high strength,excellent toughness,sufficient rigidity,high porosity and big specific surface area.This makes the material excellent in filterability,hygroscopicity,air permeability and dust holding capacity,which makes it have obvious advantages in many application scenarios.
