摘要
目的基于古今医案云平台及SPSS Modeler系统探析高建忠主任治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS)的用药规律。方法收集2021年1月—2022年12月于山西中医药大学附属医院经方门诊及山西省中西医结合医院治未病中心治疗的116例CARAS患者的311首处方,使用古今医案云平台和SPSS Modeler系统建立医案数据库,采用数据挖掘方法,结合高主任临床治疗CARAS的学术经验,进行药物分析。结果在筛选收集的311首处方,66味中药中,药物使用频率在30%以上的分别为麻黄、炒鸡内金、细辛、五味子、干姜、蝉蜕等17味中药。核心处方为“小青龙汤”“定喘汤”和“麻黄附子细辛汤”。结论高主任治疗CARAS,从“寒饮”立论,以小剂温化为主,兼清解郁热、运中通腑,临床疗效确切。
Objective Based on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform tool and SPSS Modeler system,to analyze the rule of medication of Director Gao Jianzhong in the treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome(CARAS).Methods The 311 first prescriptions of 116 CARAS patients treated in the prescription clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Preventive Treatment of Disease Treatment Center of Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected.The medical record database was established using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform tool and SPSS Modeler system,and data mining method was adopted.Combined with Director Gao Jianzhong's academic experience in clinical treatment of CARAS,drug analysis was carried out.Results Among 311 prescriptions and 66 kinds of Chinese medicine collected,17 kinds of Chinese medicine used more than 30%were ephedra,fried chicken with gold,asarum,schisandra,dried ginger and cicada.The core prescription is Xiaoqinglong decoction,Dingchuan decoction and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction.Conclusion Director Gao Jianzhong in the treatment of CARAS,from“cold fluid”,the small dose of warming,and clearing the stagnation of heat,the movement of the fu-organs,the clinical effect is accurate.
