摘要
探讨在修复足踝部创伤过程中应用负压封闭引流技术联合皮瓣移植对患者预后的影响。选取安顺市人民医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的50例足踝部创伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各25例。两组患者均接受负压封闭引流技术联合皮瓣移植修复术,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率和治疗总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在修复足踝部创伤过程中应用负压封闭引流技术联合皮瓣移植并进行临床观察与护理,可有效改善患者的预后,降低创面感染风险,缩短创面愈合时间,优化治疗效果,缓解患者负面情绪,进而提高患者治疗依从性和治疗满意度。
Exploring the application of negative pressure closure drainage technology combined with skin flap transplantation in the repair of ankle injuries and its impact on patient prognosis through clinical observation and nursing.Fifty patients with ankle injuries admitted to People’s Hospital of Anshun City from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received negative pressure closure drainage technology combined with skin flap transplantation repair surgery.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received additional nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate and total satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients;After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of negative pressure closure drainage technology combined with skin flap transplantation and clinical observation and nursing in the repair of ankle injuries can effectively improve patients’prognosis,reduce the risk of wound infection,shorten healing time,optimize treatment efficacy,alleviate patients’negative emotions,and thus improve patients’treatment compliance and satisfaction.
