摘要
探讨椎间植骨融合内固定术治疗退行性脊柱侧弯患者的临床效果。选取2021年1月—2023年9月医院收治的80例退行性脊柱侧弯患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40例。对照组接受单纯椎管减压术,观察组接受椎间植骨融合内固定术,比较两组患者Cobb角、脊柱功能障碍、舒适度、心理状态、睡眠状况及生活质量评分。结果显示,治疗后,观察组Cobb角度数小于对照组,脊柱功能障碍评分、心理状态评分低于对照组,舒适度高于对照组,入睡潜伏期短于对照组、实际睡眠时间长于对照组、睡眠质量高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用椎间植骨融合内固定术治疗退行性脊柱侧弯患者,可更好地促进患者脊柱生理曲度恢复,改善患者脊柱功能,还能够提升患者的舒适度,对其心理、睡眠和生活质量均产生积极的影响。
Exploring the clinical efficacy of interbody fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis patients.Eighty patients with degenerative scoliosis admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received simple spinal decompression surgery,while the observation group received interbody fusion and internal fixation surgery.The Cobb angle,spinal dysfunction,comfort,psychological status,sleep status,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment.Among them,the Cobb angle of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the spinal dysfunction score and psychological state score were lower than those of the control group,the comfort level was higher than that of the control group,the sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,the actual sleep time was longer than that of the control group,the sleep quality was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group.The differences in the above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of interbody fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with degenerative scoliosis can better promote the recovery of physiological curvature of the spine,improve spinal function,and enhance patient comfort,which has a positive impact on their psychology,sleep,and quality of life.
