摘要
探究蜡疗联合中药穴位贴敷对脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的改善情况以及生活质量的影响。选取2021年1月—2021年12月柳州市中医医院收治的72例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,使用病历编号数字表法将其分为常规组和治疗组两组,每组各36例。常规组接受基础治疗及常规护理,治疗组在常规组的基础上接受蜡疗及中药穴位贴敷,治疗后比较两组患者的残余尿量以及生活质量评分。结果显示,治疗后,治疗组残余尿量少于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,脊髓损伤患者的膀胱功能在经过蜡疗联合中药穴位贴敷的护理后能得到有效改善,患者生活质量也显著提高,因此值得在临床护理中进一步推广。
Exploring the effect of wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the improvement of bladder function and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury.72 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a conventional group and a treatment group using a medical record number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The conventional group received basic treatment and routine care,while the treatment group received wax therapy and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the conventional group.After treatment,the residual urine volume and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the residual urine volume in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury can be effectively improved after nursing with wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application,and the quality of life of patients is also significantly improved.Therefore,it is worth further promoting in clinical nursing.
