摘要
为提高松毛虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma dendrolimi的人工扩繁效率,室内分别测定以米蛾Corcyra cephalonica卵和柞蚕Antheraea pernyi卵为寄主的松毛虫赤眼蜂的发育历期、羽化率、雌蜂比、成蜂个体大小和单卵出蜂数等生长发育指标,寄主搜寻时间和寄生率等寄生能力指标以及2种寄主卵内海藻糖、蛋白质和甘油三酯3种主要营养物质的含量,并进行了比较。结果表明:以柞蚕卵为寄主的松毛虫赤眼蜂子代蜂发育历期更长,个体更大,羽化率和雌蜂比更高,单卵出蜂数也更多;以柞蚕卵为寄主的松毛虫赤眼蜂子代蜂对2种寄主卵均有较强的寄生能力,而以米蛾卵为寄主的松毛虫赤眼蜂子代蜂对柞蚕卵的寄生能力较弱;虽然每克米蛾卵中海藻糖、蛋白质和甘油三酯3种营养物质的含量均较高,但单粒柞蚕卵内海藻糖、蛋白质和甘油三酯3种营养物质的含量更高。表明单粒卵中营养物质含量更高和卵内更大的活动空间可能是赤眼蜂在柞蚕卵上比在米蛾卵上有更好扩繁效率的主要原因。
To improve the efficiency of artificial propagation of pine caterpillar egg parasitoid Trichogramma dendrolimi,we measured several developmental indicators of T.dendrolimi,including developmental duration,eclosion rate,female ratio,individual size,and the number of emerged wasps per egg.We also assessed parasitism ability indicators,such as host searching time,parasitic rate,and the contents of major nutrients(trehalose,protein,and triglyceride)in the eggs of rice meal moth Corcyra cephalonica and Chinese tussar moth Antheraea pernyi.The results showed that using A.pernyi eggs as hosts resulted in offspring wasps with a longer developmental duration but larger individual size,higher eclosion rate,female ratio,and a greater number of emerged parasitoid wasps per egg.Offspring reared on A.pernyi eggs demonstrated stronger parasitism ability on both types of host eggs,whereas those reared on C.cephalonica eggs exhibited weaker parasitism ability on A.pernyi eggs.Although the three nutrient contents per unit weight were higher in C.cephalonica eggs,the total nutrient contents were greater in a single A.pernyi egg.This suggests that the higher nutrient content per egg and the larger space for movement within A.pernyi eggs are the main reasons for the inproved propagation efficiency of T.dendrolimi on A.pernyi eggs compared to C.cephalonica eggs.
