摘要
“五育并举”视域下高职院校开展劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务的应有之义,是构建“五育并举”育人体系的关键支撑,是促进高职学生全面发展的内在要求,也是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的有力举措。当前,高职劳动教育面临着育人模式构建单一、育人活动载体不足以及育人评价体系不健全等现实困境,积极探索科学完善的劳动教育评价体系,将劳动教育融入教育教学、校园文化、社会实践、创新创业,构建“五融入五促进”育人模式,搭建“三结合三保障”育人载体,以期实现“五育并举”劳动育人成效。
Carrying out labor education for higher vocational students from the perspective of"simultaneous development of five educations"is the proper meaning of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,the key support for the construction of the"simultaneous development of five educations"education system,the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of higher vocational students,and the powerful measure of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.At present,the labor education of higher vocational students is faced with practical difficulties such as the imperfect education evaluation system,the construction of a single education model and the lack of educational activity carriers,so we should actively explore a scientific and perfect labor education evaluation system,integrate labor education into education and teaching,campus culture,social practice,innovation and entrepreneurship,build an education model of"five integrations and five promotions",and build an education carrier of"three combinations and three guarantees",
