摘要
目的:探讨监狱服刑人员自杀风险与社会支持、负性自动思维以及抑郁之间的关系。方法:采用领悟社会支持量表、自杀行为问卷-修订版、负性自动思维量表、抑郁自评量表对S省某监狱的313名成年男性服刑人员进行调查研究。结果:①相关分析表明,服刑人员领悟社会支持与自杀风险、负性自动思维、抑郁得分呈负相关(r=-0.29,-0.33,-0.33;P<0.001);服刑人员负性自动思维与抑郁和自杀风险呈正相关(r=0.59,0.47;P<0.001);服刑人员抑郁与自杀风险呈现正相关(r=0.46,P<0.001);②t检验分析表明,非青年组服刑人员抑郁和自杀风险得分低于青年组抑郁和自杀风险得分(t=2.22,P<0.05;t=2.85,P<0.01);③领悟社会支持可以直接影响服刑人员的自杀风险,效应值为-0.11,占总效应的37.93%;负性自动思维和抑郁在服刑人员领悟社会支持和自杀风险中均起到了单独中介作用,效应值分别为-0.09、-0.04,分别占总效应的31.03%、13.79%,同时也起到了链式中介作用,效应值为-0.05,占总效应的17.24%。结论:领悟社会支持不仅可以直接影响服刑人员的自杀风险,还可以通过负性自动思维和抑郁的独立中介作用,以及负性自动思维和抑郁的链式中介作用间接影响服刑人员的自杀风险。
Objective:To explore the relationship between suicide risk,perceived social support,negative automatic thoughts and depression among prisons.Methods:A total of 313 adult male prisoners in a prison in S province were investigated with perceptive social support Scale,suicidal behavior questionnaire-revised,Negative automatic thoughts Scale and self-rating depression scale.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that perceptive social support was negatively correlated with suicide risk,negative automatic thoughts and depression scores(r=-0.29,-0.33,-0.33;P<0.001);Negative automatic thoughts was positively correlated with depression and suicide risk(r=0.59,0.47;P<0.001);There was a positive correlation between depression and suicide risk(r=0.46,P<0.001).②T-test analysis showed that the scores of depression and suicide risk of non-youth prisoners were lower than those of youth prisoners(t=2.22,P<0.05;t=2.85,P<0.01).③Perceived social support could directly affect the suicide risk of prisoners,with effect values of-0.11,accounting for 37.93% of the total effect;Negative automatic thoughts and depression played a single mediating role in the cognition of perceived social support and suicide risk among prisoners,with effect values of-0.09 and-0.04,accounting for 31.03% and 13.79% of the total effect,respectively.They also played a chain mediating role,with effect values of-0.05,accounting for 17.24% of the total effect.Conclusion:Perceived social support can not only directly affect the suicide risk of prisoners,but also indirectly affect the suicide risk of prisoners through the independent mediating effect of negative automatic thoughts and depression,and the chain mediating effect of negative automatic thoughts and depression.
