摘要
融合发展是新时期公共服务创新实现高质量发展的路径之一。文章通过文献调查、在线调查等方法,对22所公共图书馆线上线下融合的图书馆阅读服务平台、服务内容方面展开调研,揭示其现状并总结存在问题,研究发现,微博、微信、直播平台是目前大部分公共图书馆提供线上线下融合的阅读服务平台,线上线下融合的借阅服务、阅读推广活动是融合程度较深也较为普及的服务类型。
Integrated development is one of the paths to achieve high-quality development of public service innovation in the new era.The article conducted research on the integration of online and offline library reading service platforms and service content in 22 public libraries through literature review,online survey,and other methods,revealing their current situation and summarizing existing problems.The study found that Weibo,WeChat,and live streaming platforms are currently the majority of public libraries providing integrated online and offline reading service platforms,and the integrated online and offline borrowing services and reading promotion activities are deeply integrated and popular service types.
