聚氨酯混合料施工特性及环境因素作用下稳定性研究

摘要 以劈裂抗拉强度为关键指标,分析工艺、材料组成等因素对聚氨酯混合料施工特性影响研究,通过监测高温水域和长期冻融等环境条件下的聚氨酯混合料性能,分析聚氨酯混合料在环境因素作用下的稳定性。结果表明:掺加扩链剂可加快聚氨酯混合料早期强度形成,增大聚氨酯混合料体积膨胀高度,当对聚氨酯混合料早期强度有要求时,推荐外掺6%或者内掺3%的扩链剂。高温环境下聚氨酯混合料劈裂抗拉强度损伤较小,长期冻融循环下聚氨酯混合料的劈裂抗拉强度降低明显,但5次冻融后劈裂抗拉强度仍为沥青混合料的3倍以上。聚氨酯混合料可满足路面铺装使用需求。 Taking the splitting tensile strength as the key index,the influence of technology,material composition and other factors on the construction characteristics of polyurethane mixture were analyzed in this paper.By monitoring the performance of polyurethane mixture in high temperature water area and long-term freeze-thaw condition,the stability of polyurethane mixture under environmental factors was analyzed.The results showed that adding chain extender can accelerate the formation of early strength and increase the volume expansion height of polyurethane mixture.It was recommended that 6%chain extender should be used in external admixture construction and 3%chain extender should be used in internal admixture construction.The damage of splitting tensile strength of polyurethane mixture at high temperature is small,and the splitting tensile strength of polyurethane mixture decreases obviously under long-term freeze-thaw cycles,however,the splitting tensile strength after freezing and thawing for five times is still more than three times of asphalt mixture.The polyurethane mixture can meet the demand of pavement.
