摘要
抗战期间,各敌后抗日根据地面临困难局面。为渡过难关,晋察冀边区积极开展互助合作运动,以组建领导体系、扩大宣传动员、补充生产资料为手段,战胜了严酷战争环境和恶劣灾害。在党中央的正确领导下,边区军民积极投入生产劳动,使晋察冀边区真正做到了人尽其力、物尽其用,解放和发展了生产力,为中国的抗战事业提供了坚实保障,也为新中国成立后中国农业合作化运动提供了宝贵经验。
During the Anti-Japanese War,the resistance base areas behind enemy lines faced difficult situations.In order to overcome difficulties,the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region actively carried out a mutual assistance and cooperation movement,using the establishment of a leadership system,expansion of propaganda and mobilization,and supplementation of production materials as means,and tenaciously defeated the harsh war environment and severe disasters.Under the correct leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the military and civilians in the border regions actively engaged in productive labor,enabling the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border region to truly utilize human resources and resources,liberate and develop productive forces,provide solid guarantees for China’s anti-Japanese War cause,and provide valuable experience for China’s agricultural collectivization movement after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
