在跨境电商背景下,农产品供应链优化研究旨在应对全球市场复杂性,提高供应链灵活性和适应性,解决跨国运输、关税、技术等挑战。优化农产品供应链需要关注效率提升、成本降低、可持续性增强以及质量和安全标准的确保。在跨境电商环境下,供应链转型面对的主要问题包括适应性和灵活性的不足、严格的质量控制与安全标准,以及国际贸易政策和法规的不确定性。因此,提出的对策包括增强供应链的动态响应能力和市场敏感度、建立全面而高效的质量管理体系,以及建立有效的风险管理和合规体系,以应对国际市场的复杂需求和标准。
In the context of cross-border e-commerce,research on agricultural supply chain optimization aims to address the complexity of the global market,improve supply chain flexibility and adaptability,and address cross-border transportation,tariffs,technology and other challenges.Optimizing agricultural supply chains needs to focus on efficiency improvement,cost reduction,sustainability enhancement,and ensuring quality and safety standards.In a cross-border e-commerce environment,the main issues facing supply chain transformation include lack of adaptability and flexibility,stringent quality control and safety standards,and uncertainty in international trade policies and regulations.Therefore,the proposed countermeasures include enhancing the dynamic responsiveness and market sensitivity of the supply chain,establishing a comprehensive and efficient quality management system,and setting up an effective risk management and compliance system to cope with the complex demands and standards of the international market.
