数字化背景下高职院校慕课教学困境与提升对策研究——以宁波城市职业技术学院为例

Research on Challenges and Strategies for MOOC Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Digitalization——Taking Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology as an Example

摘要 教育数字化转型背景下,慕课成为后疫情时代高职院校教学的新常态。高职在线教育存在着教学资源分散、教学平台杂乱、教师信息化能力不足、教学管理混乱等问题,亟需补齐慕课资源建设短板,完善在线教育运行机制,提高教师信息化教学能力,“一校一策”提升线上教学管理水平。 In the context of digital transformation of education,MOOCs have become a new norm for teaching in higher vocational colleges in the post-pandemic era.However,the online education in higher vocational college faces several problems,such as fragmented teaching resources,disorganized teaching platforms,insufficient informatization teaching ability,and chaotic teaching management.To address these,it is necessary to enhance the construction of MOOC resources,refine the operation mechanism of online education,improve the informatization teaching ability among teachers,and implement tailored strategies of“One College,One Policy”to improve the online teaching management in each college.
