摘要
为提高电力电子变压器的性能,拓扑结构设计与元器件参数配置需要重点考虑。本文以H桥级联型电力电子变压器为研究对象,通过分析直流母线电压波动与系统有功功率、母线电容值之间的关系,提出了直流母线支撑电容的参数计算方法,并通过仿真验证与理论分析。
To improve the performance of the power electronic transformers,topological structure design and device parameter configuration need to be considered emphatically.This paper takes the cascaded H-bridge(CHB)power electronic transformer as the research object.By analyzing the relationship among DC bus voltage fluctuation,system active power and bus capacitance value,a parameter calculation method for DC bus support capacitance is proposed and verified by simulation and theoretical analysis.
