摘要
近年来潜在的中药质量安全问题日益突出,国内外常有中药饮片真菌毒素超标的报道。中药材在种植、采收、炮制加工、运输、贮藏到市场流通等过程中,极易受真菌的污染,进而导致霉变。通过综述饮片中真菌毒素污染现状、饮片受真菌污染的原因分析,并提出防控饮片真菌污染的措施和建议,为今后做好饮片的加工炮制、储存保管工作提供理论依据,对提高饮片质量和保障安全用药有着重要意义。
In recent years,the potential quality and safety problems of traditional Chinese medicine pieces are becoming more and more prominent.There are often reports the fungal toxin of traditional Chinese medicine picecs at home and abroad.In the process of planting,harvesting,processing,transportation,storage and market circulation,Chinese medicinal materials are easily contaminated by fungi,which will lead to mildew.In this study,the present situation of mycotoxins contamination in traditional Chinese medicine picecs and the reasons for fungus contamination in traditional Chinese medicine picecs were summarized,and the measures and suggestions for prevention and control of fungus contamination in traditional Chinese medicine picecs were put forward,which provided theoretical basis for processing,storage and preservation of traditional Chinese medicine picecs in the future,and was of great significance for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine picecs and ensuring safe medication.
