摘要
目的探究针刺翳风穴、下关穴对三叉神经痛临床效果及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2021年11月—2023年4月本院诊治的50例三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,并按照抽签分组法分为两组,每组25例。抽到1号签的患者为对照组,接受常规西药治疗,抽到2号签的患者为观察组,在常规西药治疗基础上接受针刺翳风、下关穴治疗。对比两组临床疗效、简化McGill疼痛问卷表[感觉项(PRI-S)、情感项(PRI-A)]评分、生活质量(躯体健康、心理健康)。结果治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PRI-S、PRI-A评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PRI-S、PRI-A评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组躯体健康、心理健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组躯体健康、心理健康评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺翳风、下关穴可提高三叉神经痛患者临床治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of acupuncture at Yifeng and Xiaguan points on trigeminal neuralgia and influence on pain degree.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups.25 cases with lot no.1 in control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment,and 25 cases with lot no.2 in observation group with acupuncture at Yifeng and Xiaguan points on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.Clinical effect,simplified McGill pain questionnaire(PRI-S),emotional scores(PRI-A)scores,life quality,physical and mental health scores were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment between observation group and control group showed(P<0.05).Comparison of PRI-S and PRI-A scores between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,PRI-S and PRI-A scores in two groups decreased significantly,those in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of physical and mental health scores between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05),both groups showed significant increase in physical and mental health scores after treatment,those in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Yifeng and Xiaguan points can improve clinical treatment effect of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,reduce pain degree and improve life quality.
