智能电网环境下光伏发电系统的优化运行策略

摘要 针对智能电网环境下光伏发电系统运行的不确定性问题,提出一种多时间尺度优化策略。该策略在多目标优化的框架下,综合考虑经济性、可靠性、环境效益等因素,构建基于模糊逻辑控制的最大功率点跟踪(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)模型、基于随机优化的经济调度模型以及基于生命周期评估的环境影响模型。通过在实验平台上的对比分析,验证所提策略在提高光伏发电系统发电效率、降低运行成本、减少碳排放方面的有效性,为大规模光伏接入智能电网提供理论参考和实践指导。 Aiming at the uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation system operation in smart grid environment,a multi-time scale optimization strategy is proposed.Under the framework of multi-objective optimization,this strategy comprehensively considers factors such as economy,reliability and environmental benefits,and constructs the Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)model based on fuzzy logic control,the economic dispatch model based on stochastic optimization and the environmental impact model based on life cycle assessment.Through the comparative analysis on the experimental platform,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system,reducing operating costs and reducing carbon emissions is verified,which provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for large-scale photovoltaic access to smart grid.
