针对湖南电网的高温热浪风险评估研究

摘要 湖南省夏季用电屡创新高,“迎峰度夏”已成为湖南每年必须面对的严峻挑战。极端高温天气对电力系统的安全运行构成了严重威胁,为提升电网企业对用电高峰的预判能力,有效应对高温热浪灾害,保障电力供应安全稳定,提出从脆弱性、暴露性、危险性3个维度对电网企业进行综合评估,并依托主客观组合赋权法及乘除法原理,构建了全面而系统的综合评价模型。针对电网的高温热浪风险评估方法,并以县级行政区为单位,对长沙市各行政区高温热浪风险指数进行分析计算,为电网企业科学预估高温热浪风险灾害的严重程度提供了可行方法。 The summer electricity consumption in Hunan province has repeatedly reached new highs,and“facing the peak in summer”has become a must-fight battle in Hunan every year.Extreme high temperature weather poses a serious threat to the safe operation of power system,in order to better predict the peak of electricity consumption,cope with high temperature and heat wave disasters and ensure the safety of electricity consumption,from three dimensions of vulnerability,exposure and danger of power grid enterprises,using subjective and objective combination weighting method and multiplication and division method,an overall and systematic comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.Aiming at the high temperature heat wave risk assessment method for power grid,and taking the county-level administrative region as the unit,the high temperature heat wave risk index of each administrative district in Changsha is analyzed and calculated,which provides a feasible method for power grid enterprises to estimate the severity of high temperature heat wave risk disasters.
