摘要
随着我国逐步推动能源绿色低碳转型、优化能源发展布局和增强能源治理效能的目标,需求响应机制成为我国未来发展的重点之一。工业园区是我国用电占比最高的产业,同时具有不确定性小、易于调控的特点,因此以工业园区为对象进行研究具有重大意义。为实现工业园区参与需求响应,建立了工业园区多能耦合优化模型,考虑到各个工业园区的隐私性要求,构建了集中-分布式需求响应模型,通过双层优化来得到园区聚合体最后的优化结果。通过对工业园区聚合体的算例分析,结果表明,集中-分布式需求响应方法能在保护隐私性的基础上实现经济性。
With the gradual promotion of green and low-carbon energy transformation,optimization of energy development layout,and enhancement of energy governance efficiency,the demand response mechanism has become one of the key focuses of China’s future development.Industrial parks are the industry with the highest proportion of electricity consumption,which have the characteristics of low uncertainty and easy regulation.Therefore,conducting research on industrial parks is of great significance.To achieve the participation of industrial parks in demand response,this article establishes a multi energy coupling optimization model for industrial parks.Considering the privacy requirements of each industrial park,a centralized and distributed demand response model is constructed,and the final optimization result of the park aggregation is obtained through double-layer optimization.Through the analysis of industrial park aggregates,the results show that the centralized distributed demand response method can achieve economic efficiency on the basis of privacy.
