创业型大学生友善观培育的理论之核与实践之维

摘要 新时代,部分创业型大学生过度关注功利与竞争,缺乏友善。培育创业活动所蕴含的友善价值,大学教育需要不断强化目的、方法和效果之间的同一性。现行友善观教育体系存在着对外在利益和内在利益关系定位不清晰、教学方式不适用及学生之间欠缺“有机团结”形态的发展动力等问题。一个具有合理性的创业型大学生友善观培育体系,应当实现不同资源、政策与行动的和合共生,进而保证创业生态系统的可持续发展,推动创业型经济和社会主义现代化国家的建设进程。 In the new era, some college students pay too much attention to external interests and competition, resulting in a lack of friendly values. To promote friendly values contained in entrepreneurial activities among students, college education needs to strengthen the consistency between purpose, method and effect continuously. However, some problems still exist in the current education system of friendly values, such as the vague positioning of the relationship between external interests and internal ones, the inapplicability for teaching methods, and the lack of motivation for developing "organic solidarity form". A rational education system of friendly values for entrepreneurial college students should realize the harmony between different resources, policies and actions, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and promote the construction process of entrepreneurial economy and socialist modern country.
