摘要
石油焦是重要的生产制造原料,石油焦中的微量元素种类和含量会影响最终产品的性能与质量。在进行石油焦中微量元素测定时,需要对样品进行前处理,前处理方法关系到实验数据的准确。为了对石油焦微量元素检测前处理方法有个全面的了解,阐述了目前常用的湿法消解法、燃烧法、微波消解法以及标准常用的碱熔法等前处理方法,重点阐述了湿法消解法的预处理方式及消解所用的酸的作用,分析了各种前处理方法的优缺点,展望了其未来发展方向。针对所检测的元素结合前处理方法的优缺点选择合适的前处理方法,可以有效提高元素检测的准确性,保障实验的安全进行。
The petroleum coke was an important raw material for production and manufacturing,and the type and the content of trace elements in petroleum coke affected the performance and quality of the final product.In the determination of trace elements in petroleum coke,it was necessary to pretreat the sample,and the pretreatment method was related to the accuracy of the experimental data.In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the pretreatment methods for the detection of trace elements in petroleum coke,we expounded the commonly used pretreatment methods such as wet digestion,combustion,microwave digestion and standard commonly used alkali melting method.Focused on the pretreatment method of wet digestion and the role of the acid used in digestion,we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various pretreatment methods,and looked forward to their future development direction.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the pretreatment method of the detected elements,the selection of appropriate pretreatment methods could effectively improve the accuracy of the detection of elements and maintain the safety of the experiment.
