随着全球对环境保护和能源效率的重视程度不断提升,汽车工业正面临着轻量化发展的迫切需求。作为国民经济的重要支柱,汽车工业的产业链条长、覆盖面广,是我国制造业领域的集大成者。河钢集团作为中国乃至全球领先的钢铁企业,正积极开展由“单纯的生产型企业”向“制造+服务型企业”的战略转型。为满足汽车产业用钢需求,河钢致力于技术创新和产品升级,通过全产业链的低碳绿色生产工艺,不断推出行业领先的轻量化用钢解决方案,引领中国汽车用钢材料的发展方向。近年来,河钢持续加强与下游汽车产业的深度融合,不断深化与高校和科研院所的协同创新,通过技术迭代和产品更新,优化生产工艺技术,推出具有行业领先水平的高端产品,为汽车工业的高质量发展提供了有力支撑。综述了河钢集团在汽车用钢领域的产销研布局、装备及工艺、轻量化产品系列、技术解决方案,并展望未来材料创新的发展方向,以期为汽车工业的可持续发展贡献力量。
As the global emphasis on environmental protection and energy efficiency continues to increase,the automotive industry is facing an urgent need for lightweight development.As the important pillar of national economy,the industrial chain of automobile industry is long,the coverage is wide,and it is the concentrated success in the manufacturing field of our country.As a leading steel enterprise in China and even in the world,HBIS Group is actively carrying out the strategic transformation from"simple production enterprise"to"manufacturing+service enterprise".In order to meet the demand for steel in the automotive industry,HBIS Group is committed to technological innovation and product upgrading,and continues to introduce industry-leading lightweight steel solutions through the low-carbon green production process of the whole industrial chain,leading the development direction of China's automotive steel materials.In recent years,HBIS Group has continued to strengthen the deep integration with the downstream automobile industry,continuously deepen the collaborative innovation with universities and research institutes,optimize the production process technology through technology iteration and product update,and launch high-end products with industry-leading level,providing strong support for the high-quality development of the automobile industry.This paper summarizes the production and marketing research layout,equipment and technology,lightweight product series and technical solutions of HBIS Group in the field of automotive steel,and looks forward to the development direction of material innovation in the future,in order to contribute to the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
