摘要
目的:探讨奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的效果及对神经功能和抑郁症状的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年12月榆林市第五医院收治的85例男性抑郁症患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=43)。对照组行氟西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用奥氮平,对比两组治疗效果、神经功能、抑郁症状及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗效果为95.35%,高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)量表评分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应率为28.57%,低于对照组57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症患者,可提高治疗效果,改善神经功能、抑郁症状,降低不良反应,临床效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression and its influence on neurological function and depressive symptoms.Method:A total of 85 male patients with depression admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Yulin City from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the observation group was treated with olanzapine.The therapeutic effect,neurological function,depressive symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the therapeutic effect of observation group was 95.35%,it was higher than 76.19%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 28.57%,which was lower than 57.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression patients can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the neurological function and depression symptoms,reduce adverse reactions.The clinical effect is significant.
