基于Cd-MOF构建荧光传感器检测Al^(3+)

摘要 铝离子在水中的含量会直接影响水体中的生态环境和生态平衡,作为地壳中第三丰富的元素,广泛应用于日常生活中。然而,人体过量摄入Al^(3+)可导致各种疾病,如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、痴呆症等疾病。此外,高浓度的Al^(3+)已被证明是生态环境的高风险。因此检测环境样品中的Al^(3+)是至关重要的热点问题。以3-(3,4-二羧基苯基)异烟酸与金属镉离子,通过水热法合成三维Cd-MOF材料,检测水溶液中Al^(3+),其中Al^(3+)的检测限为2.62μM,展示出了良好的灵敏度、高选择性和可循环利用性。总的来说,该Cd-MOF作为一种荧光检测材料具有广阔应用和发展前景。 The content of aluminum ions in water will directly affect the ecological environment and ecological balance in water bodies.As the third most abundant element in the earth's crust,aluminum is widely used in daily life.However,excessive intake of Al^(3+)can lead to various diseases,such as Parkinson's disease,Alzheimer's disease,dementia and so on.Furthermore,high concentrations of Al^(3+)have been shown to be at high risk for ecological environments.Therefore,detecting Al^(3+)in environmental samples is a crucial hot issue.In this paper,a 3D Cd-MOF fluorescent probe was synthesized by hydrothermal method using cadmium metal ions and 3-(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)isonicotinic acid to detect Al^(3+)in aqueous solution with the detection limit of 2.62μmol·L-1,it showed good sensitivity,high selectivity and recyclability.Overall,this Cd-MOF has broad applications and development prospects as a fluorescence detection material.
