基于“托幼一体化”背景下保育师队伍建设现状及对策建议——以乌鲁木齐市为例

摘要 随着“托幼一体化”的深入推进,保育师队伍的专业素质和能力成为影响托幼服务质量的关键因素。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例,通过对当地幼教及托育机构保育工作者及保育师培训机构进行问卷调查,分析了当地保育师队伍的整体现状与问题,并基于调查结果,探索了“托幼一体化”背景下保育师队伍的培养路径。研究发现,当前乌鲁木齐保育师队伍存在学历水平亟待提升、专业培训不足等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了从政策支持、培训机制、薪资待遇、专业发展等多个方面入手,采取综合措施加以解决等建议,以期推动本地乃至全区保育师队伍的整体素质和能力提升。 With the deepening of the integration of childcare and kindergarten,the professional quality and ability of the childcare team have become key factors affecting the quality of childcare services.Taking Urumqi as an example,this paper analyzes the overall status and problems of the local nursery teaching staff through a questionnaire survey of the nursery workers in the local preschool education and childcare institutions and the nurse training institutions.Based on the survey results,this paper explores the training path of the nursery teaching staff in the context of"childcare and kindergarten integration".Such problems are found as the low educational level and lack of professional training.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes to start from policy support,training mechanism,salary,professional development,etc.and take comprehensive measures.All will contribute to the promotion of the overall quality and ability of the local and even the whole region's nursery teaching staff.
