摘要
用户侧储能的经济性是有效激发市场活力,促进用户侧储能高质量发展的关键因素。通过全寿命周期方法,构建用户侧储能成本和收益模型,并以磷酸铁锂电池、铅酸电池、钠硫电池、全钒液电池等电化学储能电站为例,对其经济性进行算例分析。分析结果表明,目前我国用户侧储能已经初步具备一定经济性,但度电成本仍偏高,仍有很大发展空间。磷酸铁锂电池发展最为成熟,经济性较优。从关键影响因素来看,随着峰谷电价差的拉大、日循环次数的增加、初始单位投资的下降,用户侧储能的经济性均逐渐显现,其中降低初始单位投资成本对用户侧储能经济性的影响最为明显。分省份来看,广东、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、湖北、湖南、重庆等电力缺口较大的省份用户侧储能经济性较优,内蒙古、甘肃、宁夏、青海等电力负荷较小、电源资源丰富的省份用户侧储能经济性较差。
The economy of user-side energy storage is a key factor in effectively stimulating market vitality and promoting the high-quality development of user-side energy storage.Through the full life cycle approach,the cost and benefit model of user-side energy storage is constructed,and electrochemical energy storage power stations such as lithium iron phosphate battery,lead acid battery,sodium sulfur battery and all-vanadi-um liquid battery are taken as the examples to analyze its economy.The analysis results show that China's user-side energy storage is economical to a certain extent,but the kilowatt-hour cost is still high and there is a lot of room for development.Lithium iron phosphate battery is the most mature and has good economic efficiency.From the perspective of key influencing factors,with the widening of the difference between peak and valley electricity prices,the increase in the number of daily cycles,and the decline of initial unit invest-ment,the economy of user-side energy storage gradually appears,and reducing the initial unit investment has the most obvious impact on the economy of user-side energy storage.By province,the economy of user-side energy storage is better in Guangdong,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Chongqing and other provinces with large power gap,while the economy of user-side energy storage is worse in Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai and other provinces with small power loads and rich power resources.
