摘要
赤泥是铝工业生产过程中排放的强碱性固体废物,综合利用率<3%,迄今尚无经济可行的规模化消纳方法。有效抑制碱性矿物的缓释行为、控制碱性调控过程的pH回升现象,是赤泥碱性稳定化调控的关键。本文在综述赤泥矿物学特性和碱性矿物赋存形态的基础上,探讨游离碱选择性去除-含碱矿物稳定化的调碱思路,综合分析钙驱动赤泥碱性稳定化特性,阐明了长效稳定调控过程中赤泥含碱矿物的演变特征及规律,提出未来赤泥修复的“土壤化”策略,为推进赤泥土壤化及堆场生态修复提供新策略。
Bauxite residue is a strong alkaline solid waste discharged from alumina production,with a comprehensive utilization rate of less than 3%,and there is no economically feasible and large-scale disposal technique.The interfacial migration and transformation of alkaline mineral-aqueous solution leads to the pH rebound in the alkalinity regulation process generally,which is difficult to solve the strong alkaline problem of bauxite residue fundamentally,and how to suppress the slow-release behavior of alkaline minerals is the key to the stable regulatory of alkalinity within bauxite residue.This paper reviews the existence form of alkalinity in bauxite residue and its transformation rule,and discusses the alkalinity regulation theory of selective removal of free alkali and stabilization of alkali-containing minerals on the basis of in-depth analysis of the embedded state of alkalibearing minerals in bauxite residue and their dissolution characteristics.Moreover,the Ca-driven stable regulatory of alkalinity within bauxite residue by gypsum was analyzed comprehensively,and the evolution characteristics and rules of alkali-containing minerals in the process of long-term stable regulation of bauxite residue alkalinity were further elucidated.Finally,the main research directions for the stability regulation of bauxite residue alkalinity to provide new strategies for achieving ecological rehabilitation in bauxite residue disposal areas were proposed.
