外源氯化钙与秸秆物料对盐碱土壤有机碳组分和酶活性的影响

摘要 为科学改良土壤质量及促进土壤健康,研究外源氯化钙与秸秆物料对盐碱土壤有机碳组分和酶活性的影响。以榆林典型盐碱农田土壤为研究对象,设置空白处理(CK)、单施低量秸秆物料(S1)、单施高量秸秆物料(S2)、施用氯化钙和低量秸秆物料(LS1)、施用氯化钙和高量秸秆物料(LS2)共计5个处理进行田间试验。结果表明,施用外源氯化钙与秸秆物料显著降低盐碱土壤pH和碱化度(ESP)。与CK相比,S1、S2、LS1和LS2处理下土壤有机碳(SOC)、活性有机碳(LOC)含量均有不同程度的增加,且差异性显著,增幅在12.0%~28.1%和10.9%~101.9%。此外,LS2处理下在可溶性有机碳(DOC)和微生物量碳(MBC)含量为最高,较S1、S2、LS1处理分别高出23.88%、17.84%和8.27%。对土壤酶活性的研究发现,单独施用秸秆物料S1、S2处理明显增加了土壤蔗糖酶、β-1,4-木糖苷酶和β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶活性。然而,外源氯化钙与秸秆物料配施LS1、LS2处理,酶活性呈现降低趋势,表明这种组合处理对土壤中的酶活性具有一定的抑制作用。通过主成分分析(PCA)和相关性分析,进一步确认了有机碳组分与酶活性之间的关联性。综上,外源氯化钙与秸秆物料的合理施用可改良盐碱土壤,提升土壤肥力和酶活性,为其可持续利用和改良提供了科学依据。 In order to improve soil quality and promote soil health,the effects of exogenous calcium chloride and straw materials on the organic carbon components and enzyme activities of saline-alkali soil were studied.Taking the typical saline-alkali farmland soil in Yulin as the research object,field experiments were conducted by setting up five treatments:including blank treatment(CK),single application of low-amount straw materials(S1),single application of highamount straw materials(S2),application of calcium chloride and low-amount straw materials(LS1)and application of calcium chloride and high-volume straw materials(LS2).The results showed that the application of exogenous calcium chloride and straw materials significantly reduced the pH and alkalization degree(ESP)of saline-alkali soil.Compared with CK,soil organic carbon(SOC)and active organic carbon(LOC)under S1,S2,LS1 and LS2 treatments were increased to different degrees,and the differences were significant,with increases ranging from 12.0%~28.1%and 10.9%~101.9%.In addition,the soluble organic carbon(DOC)and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)contents under LS2 treatment were the highest,which were 23.88%,17.84%,and 8.27%higher than those under S1,S2,and LS1 treatments,respectively.The research on soil enzyme activities revealed that the single application of straw materials S1 and S2 led to a significant increase in soil sucrase,β-1,4-xylosidase,andβ-1,4-glucosidase activities.However,the enzyme activity showed a decreasing trend when exogenous calcium chloride and straw materials were treated with LS1,LS2,indicating that the combined treatment had a specific inhibitory effect on soil enzyme activity.Through principal component analysis(PCA)and correlation analysis,the correlation between organic carbon components and enzyme activity was further confirmed.In conclusion,the rational application of exogenous calcium chloride and straw materials can enhance the saline-alkali soil,boost soil fertility and enzyme activity,and provide a scientific foundation for its su
