摘要
河南省作为我国农业大省,不仅关系我国粮食安全问题,与省内经济发展也有着密不可分的关系。乡村振兴背景下要加快将河南省构建为农业强省计划的脚步,提升农产品流通效率的同时促进乡村产业振兴。文章采用DEA-BCCMalmquist模型对2014—2021年河南省及其18市相关面板数据进行农产品流通效率测算。实证表明:河南省农产品流通效率呈逐年上升状态,各地区之间的农产品流通效率具有一定的差距,农产品流通存在投入产出冗余的问题,规模效率较低是阻碍农产品流通效率提高的主要原因。基于此,河南省需建立农产品流通规模化体系,推动农产品流通现代化、智能化提升,提升农产品流通效率,促进乡村产业振兴。
As a major agricultural province in China,Henan Province is not only related to food security issues,but also closely related to the economic development within the province.In the context of rural revitalization,we need to accelerate the construction of Henan Province into a strong agricultural province plan,improve the efficiency of agricultural product circulation,and promote the r evitalization o f r ural i ndustries.T his a rticle u ses t he D EA-BCC M almquist m odel t o c alculate t he e fficiency o f a gricultural product circulation using panel data from Henan Province and its 18 cities from 2018 to 2021.Empirical evidence shows that the efficiency of agricultural product circulation in Henan Province is increasing year by year,and there is a certain gap in the efficiency of agricultural product circulation between different regions.There is a problem of input-output redundancy in agricultural product circulation,a nd l ow s cale e fficiency i s t he m ain r eason t hat h inders t he i mprovement of a gricultural product c irculation e fficiency.Based on this,Henan Province needs to establish a large-scale system for agricultural product circulation,promote the modernization and intelligence of agricultural product circulation,improve the eff iciency of agricultural product circulation,and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
