摘要
基于舱室内装围壁板结露原因理论分析结论,对内装工艺优化方案可行性和结露风险进行评估,并借助实船对比舱室进行结露风险实船测试。研究结果表明:通过控制内装工艺优化前后舱壁热阻可有效控制内舱围壁板结露,实船试验测试内装工艺优化前、后舱室冬季极端低温工况结露风险相同,即内装工艺优化不会造成结露风险增加。
Based on the theoretical analysis conclusion of the condensation reason of the enclosed wall in the cabin,the feasibility and condensation risk of the optimization scheme of the interior decoration process are evaluated,and the condensation risk is tested with the help of the real ship comparison cabin.The results show that the condensation of the inner cabin enclosure wall can be effectively controlled by optimizing the thermal resistance of the interior decoration process,and the condensation risk is the same,that is,the optimization of the interior decoration process will not increase the risk of condensation.
