摘要
腧穴是一个三维立体的结构,临床应用时往往需要针具以一定的角度刺入腧穴一定的深度,而刺激到不同层次的组织结构,从而发挥不同的临床效应。文章通过经典文献回顾、不同深浅/角度针刺的穴效关系临床研究和不同刺法的穴效关系机制研究等方面,探讨腧穴的不同组织结构对腧穴效应的影响。并提出理解腧穴主治时,需基于腧穴的立体结构与刺法,具体表述其同一腧穴不同刺法刺激到不同的组织结构可治疗的具体病症,以期进一步加深对腧穴的认识。
Acupoint is a three-dimensional structure.In clinical application,it is often necessary for needles to penetrate into acupoints at a certain angle and to stimulate different levels of tissue structure,thus exerting different clinical effects.This paper discusses the influence of different tissue structures of acupoints on acupoints'effect through the review of classical literature,the clinical study of acupoints'effect relationship with different depths/angles and the mechanism study of acupoints'effect relationship with different needling methods.It is suggested that when understanding the indications of acupoints,it is necessary to express the specific diseases that can be treated by stimulating different tissues and structures at the same acupoint based on the three-dimensional structure and needling methods of acupoints,in order to further deepen the understanding of acupoints.
