摘要
建筑造价控制与造价审核管理是建筑工程项目管理中的重要环节,对于项目的经济效益和质量控制具有重要影响。在当前建筑行业竞争激烈和成本压力加大的背景下,通过建立健全的审核制度和审核标准,可以确保审核的及时性和准确性。文章研究了建筑造价控制以及造假审核管理的操作规程,并提出了一系列有效的实践策略,以全面提高造价控制以及造假审核管理的规范性和科学性。
Construction cost control and cost audit management are important links in construction project management,which have an important impact on the economic benefits and quality control of the project.Under the background of fierce competition and increasing cost pressure in the current construction industry,the timeliness and accuracy of the audit can be ensured by establishing a sound audit system and standards.This paper studies the operating procedures of construction cost control and fraud audit management,and puts forward a series of effective practical strategies to comprehensively improve the standardization and scientificity of cost control and fraud audit management.
