摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑行业的规模不断扩大。然而,在建设过程中,各种原因导致的质量问题频发,给社会带来了巨大的损失。因此,如何提高建筑工程施工质量及技术管理水平,成为了当前亟待解决的问题。文章旨在通过对建筑工程施工质量和技术管理进行分析,包括设计阶段、施工过程以及验收检验等方面,实现建筑行业的可持续发展,为社会的和谐稳定做出贡献。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the scale of the construction industry continues to expand.However,in the process of construction,quality problems caused by various reasons occur frequently,which has brought huge losses to the society.Therefore,how to improve the construction quality and technical management level of construction engineering has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper aims to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry and contribute to social harmony and stability by analyzing the construction quality and technical management of construction projects,including the design stage,construction process and acceptance inspection.
