浙江省某牧场娟姗牛泌乳性能影响因素分析

摘要 为探究浙江省某牛场娟姗牛泌乳性能的影响因素,利用一般线性模型对该牛场2020-2023年11 250条娟姗牛DHI数据进行了分析。其中,胎次、测定月份、产犊季节和泌乳阶段均对娟姗牛产奶量、乳成分和SCS有极显著影响(P<0.01)。初产牛、6月份测定、夏季产犊和泌乳末期娟姗牛日产奶量最低,3胎及以上的娟姗牛SCS和尿素氮最高;2胎牛、夏季产犊、泌乳后期和泌乳末期的乳脂率和乳蛋白率较高;3胎及以上、夏季产犊、泌乳后期和泌乳末期的SCS最高;3胎及以上、2月份测定、夏季产犊和泌乳中期的娟姗牛乳中尿素氮含量最高。此外,日产奶量与乳脂率、乳蛋白率、SCS均呈极显著负相关关系。由上可知,胎次、测定月份、产犊季节和泌乳阶段均是影响该牛场娟姗牛泌乳性能的重要因素,在奶牛生产中应加以重视。 In order to explore the effects on the lactation performance of Jersey cows,this study used a general linear model(GLM)to analyze the 11250 DHI data from 2020 to 2023 in a Jersey cows farm in Zhejiang Province.The results showed that parities,months,calving seasons and lactation stages all had highly significant effects on the daily milk yield,milk composition and SCS of Jersey cows(P<0.01).First calving cows,measurement in June,summer calving and end of lactation Jersey cows had the lowest daily milk yield.SCS and milk urea nitrogen(MUN)were highest in Jersey cows with 3th parity or more parities.Higher milk fat content(FC)and protein content(PC)in 2th parity cows,summer calving,late lactation and end of lactation.SCS was highest in 3th parity or more parities,summer calving,late lactation,and end of lactation.The highest MUN was found in the milk of Jersey cows with 3th parity or more parities,summer calving,and measurement in February and mid-lactation.In addition,daily milk yield was highly significantly negatively correlated with FC,PC and SCS.As can be seen from the above,parity,month,calving season,and lactation stage are all important factors that affect Jersey's lactation performance and should be paid attention in dairy production.
