胰高血糖素样肽-1改善线粒体质量控制减轻动脉粥样硬化的研究进展

摘要 就近期胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)在动脉粥样硬化中的作用及线粒体特异性靶点进行综述,旨在探索线粒体质量控制是否影响动脉粥样硬化的发生发展以及GLP-1是否可通过作用于线粒体特异性位点干预动脉粥样硬化进程。
