摘要
针对采煤机截割机电传动系统振动噪声大、容易失效等问题,建立采煤机截割机电传动系统耦合动态特性仿真模型,对截割机电传动系统耦合特性进行仿真。仿真与研究结果表明:不同仿真时间、转速、斜率下,截割载荷、截割电机转矩、齿轮副动载荷均不同,且变化趋势也不同。为了获得可靠性高、振动噪声小的截割机电传动系统,需要选择合适的转速和斜率等参数搭配。该研究为采煤机截割机电传动系统振动噪声减小、传动效率和可靠性提升提供了有益的参考。
To address the issues of high vibration noise and easy failure for the shearer cutting electromechanical transmission system,a coupling dynamic characteristics simulation model for the shearer cutting electromechanical transmission system has been established,and the coupling characteristics of the cutting electromechanical transmission system have been simulated.The simulation and research results show that under different simulation times,speeds and slopes,the cutting load,cutting motor torque and dynamic load of gear pair are all different,and their changing trends are also different.In order to obtain high reliability and low vibration noise cutting electromechanical transmission system,it is necessary to choose appropriate parameter combinations such as speed and slope.The study provides useful reference for reducing vibration noise and improving transmission efficiency and reliability of the shearer cutting electromechanical transmission system.
