摘要
伴随我国经济实力的持续增强,人们的生活质量不断提高,房建施工也有着新的要求。当前,在国内房建施工过程中,因为钢筋混凝土结构具有强度高、稳定性良好的优点,从而许多结构均为使用钢筋混凝土结构,充分保证了房建工程投入使用后的安全稳定性。伴随后浇带技术的广泛使用,通过对变形缝的合理设计,降低了结构变形的概率,由此促使施工质量获得了明显提升。对此,本文探究了后浇带技术的设计原则、功能,详细介绍了相关技术要点,以期能为有关人员提供一定的参考,助力我国房建行业的进一步发展。
With the continuous strengthening of China's economic strength,people's quality of life continues to improve,and new requirements are proposed for house construction.At present,in the domestic house construction process,because the reinforced concrete structure has the advantages of high strength and good stability,many structures are reinforced concrete structure,which fully ensures the safety and stability of the house construction project after it is put into use.With the extensive use of post-cast belt technology,the reasonable design of deformation joint reduces the probability of structural deformation,thus promoting the significant improvement of construction quality.In this regard,this paper explores the design principles and functions of post-cast belt technology,and introduces the relevant technical points in detail,aiming to provide a certain reference for relevant personnel and help the further development of house construction industry in China.
