摘要
目前,随着我国经济的高速发展,各行各业在此背景下也步入发展的快车道,特别是房屋建筑行业,其建筑项目数量和建筑项目规模呈爆发式增长。房屋建筑行业的整体发展也使社会对该行业的要求不断提高。在此形势下,需要确保良好的房屋建筑工程机电安装施工技术管理,才能保障施工质量,有效提升房屋建筑的品质和性能。基于此,本文分析研究房屋建筑工程机电安装施工技术管理要点,以期保障施工质量,为有效提升房屋建筑的品质和性能提供参考。
At present,with the rapid development of economy in China,all walks of life have developed rapidly in this context.Especially in the housing construction industry,the number and the scale of construction projects are growing explosively.The overall development of the housing construction industry also leads to the increasing requirement of the society for the industry.In this situation,it is necessary to ensure good management of electromechanical installation construction technology in housing construction projects,so as to ensure the quality of construction and effectively improve the quality and performance of housing construction.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes and studies the key points of electromechanical installation construction technology management in housing construction projects,aiming to ensure the construction quality and provide a reference for effectively improving the quality and performance of housing construction.
