摘要
文中研究的自动化集装箱码头配载问题,主要是结合自动化、智能化装卸工艺新模式,在遵循一定的船方配载要求、码头方配载规则、符合码头作业设备限制、降低码头作业人员作业难度等因素的基础上,确定堆场集装箱与船公司给定预配位置对应关系的问题。随着船舶不断大型化,载箱量不断增加,研究的难度也在不断增大。文中的研究重点是将船方配载规则、码头设备作业工艺、船上预配位置、出口集装箱质量等级和场地分布等因素用数学形式表达出来,引入目标贝与非目标贝的概念,动态保持目标贝与非目标贝的平衡。在分析总结业务人员和调度人员实践经验的基础上,提出了综合考虑各种码头实际作业因素的配载决策问题的解决思路和方法,以配载过程中的单贝寻箱凑贝问题为主要研究目标,建立了多目标单贝寻箱凑贝模型,降低了求解模型的难度,最后通过AIMMS建模求解。经过大量的算例分析和系统测试,该模型能够求解预配信息较复杂的寻箱凑贝问题,进一步证明了规则的实用性及模型的有效性。相关思路及研究方法对集装箱码头装卸系统智能优化问题的研究具有一定的学术价值和借鉴意义。
In this paper,the stowage problem of automatic container terminal is mainly about the determination of the corresponding relationship between container yard and given stowage position of shipping company in combination with the new mode of automatic and intelligent loading and unloading technology,and on the basis of following certain stowage requirements and rules of wharf,conforming to the restrictions of terminal operation equipment and reducing the operation difficulty of terminal operators.With the increasing size of ships and the increasing container load,the difficulty of research is also increasing.The research focuses on the expression of the factors such as ship stowage rules,terminal equipment operation technology,pre-allocation position on board,quality grade of export containers and site distribution in mathematical form,and the introduction of the concepts of target stowage location and non-target stowage location to dynamically maintain the balance between target stowage location and non-target stowage location.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the practical experience of operators and dispatchers,this author puts forward the ideas and methods to solve the problem of stowage decision-making by comprehensively considering various practical operation factors of the terminal.Taking the problem of container search and stowage location collection for single stowage location in the stowage process as the main research object,a multi-objective model of container search and stowage location collection for single stowage location was established,which reduces the difficulty of solving the model.Finally,modeling and solving were carried out through AIMMS.After a large number of example analysis and system test,the model can solve the problem of container search and stowage location collection with complicated pre-allocation information,which further proves the practicability of the rules and the effectiveness of the model.The relevant ideas and research methods are of certain academic value and refer
